Presently, Place of Blessings is working towards planning and organizing programs for support personnel in via galvanization of various strategies to early detection, prevention and cure of illnesses ranging from high blood pressure to cancer and other seriously related illnesses and deaths. We are also working with various local and state governments in activities and projects towards targeting the eradicating of most preventable illnesses within our immediate communities and various impoverished parts of African countries. We are also planning to seek for can foods, clothing, and school materials that are in great need to these people besides their health issues.

Our plan is to continue to raise funds to ensure that these objectives are achieved. We plan to engage in activities that will continue to create community awareness about the dangers of lack of health screening for example, the dangers of breast cancer and the benefits of health screening for breast cancer, HIV and AIDS and high blood pressure. Additionally, we plan to continue to engage in activities to raise funds to enable us provide equipments that will facilitate these charitable efforts including programs or services designed to meet the needs of the youths are our leaders of tomorrow.
Programs for the youths will include those designed to develop each young man and woman mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially. This involves a combination of moral lessons rooted in biblical teachings, physical fitness, emotional development, and social awareness while instilling a strong work ethic through job/skills training guides by our experts in those areas. For the most part, providing financial help as they become available would enable us help transit the lives and stability of these future hopes- the youths, through curbing out some of the social problems relevant in them such as public nuisance- disobedience, talking back, disrespect, substance abuse, poor associations and poor decision making among them.

Why Heath education, Healthcare, Food Drive, Financial Support and Other Related Drives?

We plan to develop and execute healthcare drives in the USA and Africa, working with local hospitals, government healthcare agencies in providing medical and diagnostic equipment for such hospitals in the most deprived areas of the community. We will solicit for donations or raise funds through various charity activities here in America and Africa for the procurement of the equipment and donate them to hospitals in various African countries in order to increase access to healthcare. Many hospitals in Africa operate without basic equipment to sustain life. Medications are expensive and unaffordable. In some parts of the same continent, nutritious foods are scarce and not easily obtainable to the disadvantaged. So over the next 3 to 6 years, a major food, equipment , service and medication drive would be launched to make these objectives possible.

Place of Blessings, Inc. strongly believes that together can significantly make huge differences in the lives of the poor who lack the resources to provide themselves with nutritious food supplies, preventative screening tests and medications to prevent the vulnerabilities of illnesses ranging from high blood pressure, malnutrition, cancer and hopelessness.
